NES ,was started by Kaushik Naik, ME (Prod), GDMM, DBM, Chartered Engineer) in 1994. We are group of professionally qualified engineers with more than 9 decades of cumulative experience in industry. We have worked in senior positions in MNCs. We are into providing engineering services and automation solutions for polymer compounding industry and paper industry for the last 12 years.

Smita K Naik

She is BSc in statistics with 37 years of experience. She has been in banking for more than 34 years before taking VRS from PSU bank. Supports NES in banking , finance and administration. Coordinates all commercial activities – ordering, finance, logistics supports for team members.

Ankit Fruitwala

Graduate Electrical engineer from LD College Ahmedabad. He is trained in Europe by our principles Has assisted overseas customer of our principles in startup. HandlesBerrstorff start up independently with process support from KME. His focus is in power electrical and electronics with automation. He handles Electrical detailing for consultancy assignments and installation supervision for projects and start up and commissioning for KME.

Manish Patel

Hold Diploma in engineering Drafting and joined us in 2011 with previous experience of 5 years. He is fine hand in ACAD and our strength in detailing. He handles all layouts, GA, PFD. PID, EDS, and piping drawings. In addition, he supports our site contractors for structural fabrication and installation.

Chaitali Naik

Joins us after completing Masters in Polymer science from Germany and having completed her bachelors in Plastic technology. During her study she had an opportunity to work at Fraunhofer Institute berlin Her core interest is in Polymer processing. She plans to support our endeavor in process engineering related to compounding and recycling of polymers.
