Our team has just completed the development of an extruder control cabinet!

With features like the S7-1500 series PLC with nearly 200 I/Os, barrel zone heating, auxiliary motors, and Profibus communication provisions for VFDs, this cabinet ensures precise control.

What's more, it's a crucial component for a German extruder, soon to undergo refurbishment by NES.

This initiative perfectly aligns with NES's mission of cost-effective and speedy turnarounds through purposeful refurbishments.
