Operations Manager

Chaitali Naik, with a strong academic foundation consisting of an M.Sc in Polymer Science from Berlin, Germany, and a degree in B.E Plastic Technology, brings a fresh perspective to our operations. Her two years of practical experience, including a research stint at Fraunhofer Institute IAP in Germany, where she focused on the synthesis of Poly(lactic acid) and chain extension by reactive extrusion, underscores her expertise. Chaitali excels in polymer processing, streamlining business operations, and navigating the intricacies of trading within our industry.

Manager (Electrical and Instrumentation)

Ankit Fruitwala, boasting a BE in Electrical Engineering, contributes 12 years of invaluable experience to our team. His areas of expertise encompass electrical engineering, automation, and extensive training from renowned entities such as KME, Elin, BKG, and Promixon. Ankit's skillset includes electrical distribution, specification, assembly, PLC installation and programming, panel building, and adept troubleshooting.

Senior Associate (Mechanical)

Bharat Patel, a seasoned veteran with 35 years of hands-on experience and extensive training with KME, Elin, BKG, and Promixon, plays a pivotal role in our mechanical operations. His mastery extends to mechanical skills such as precise alignment, meticulous precision repairs, gearbox servicing, and comprehensive motor overhauls, all vital elements of our service spectrum. Additionally, Bharat is a expert in our equipment start-up procedures, ensuring seamless transitions.

Mechanical Engineer

Hemil Prajapati, equipped with a BE in Mechanical Engineering and two years of on-ground experience, excels in site supervision, welding techniques, product development, motor overhauls, and workshop maintenance. Hemil is a valuable addition to our mechanical team, contributing hands-on expertise and innovation.

Draftsman (Mechanical)

Manish Patel, with an impressive 13-year track record, specializes in mechanical drafting, development, and reverse engineering. Proficient in AutoCAD and Solidworks 3D, he plays a pivotal role in component drawing and upholding exacting standards in measurement and metrology.

Admin Officer

Deepika Gaur, a seasoned administrator with 18 years of experience, serves as our administrative linchpin. Her skillset encompasses comprehensive bookkeeping, meticulous compliance management (tax/audit), and efficient purchase and store management.
