About Us

At Naiks Engineering Solutions LLP, we take pride in our rich history and extensive industry experience, collectively spanning over 9 decades. Founded 25 years ago, our company has been a cornerstone in the field of plant engineering services and automation solutions, with a specific focus on serving the polymer compounding industry.

Our unwavering commitment to achieving excellence has positioned us as a foremost provider of plant engineering services and automation solutions within the polymer compounding sector. Throughout our journey, we have effectively catered to diverse segments of this industry, encompassing cable compound, masterbatch, engineering plastics, and PVC compounding.

We are proud to be authorized service partners for renowned industry leaders, including, Elin Motoren, and Xtrutech (we have also been trained by and served on behalf of Krauss Maffei Berstoff and BKG). These partnerships allow us to provide top-notch service and support for their equipment.

In addition, we have formed strategic collaborations with industry innovators. Notably, we have a close partnership with Innovent Technologies AG, Switzerland, which enables us to deliver specialized services for a range of gearboxes.

Our commitment to excellence knows no bounds. We are currently in advanced negotiations with European companies to extend our services to their post-extrusion equipment, further diversifying our expertise and industry reach.

Company History

  • 1994
    We began as Associated Consulting Engineers (ACE), a proprietary company founded by Kaushik Naik, who is now the Designated Partner of Naiks Engineering Solutions LLP.
  • 1995
    In the early years, ACE ventured into a significant distillery project focusing on grain spirit, laying the foundation for its expertise in various industrial sectors.
  • 1996-1998
    ACE invested in the technical development of its team members by providing training in renowned organizations like ICI (Imperial Chemical Industries) and HUL (Hindustan Unilever Limited).
  • 2000
    ACE achieved another milestone by establishing a cable compounding plant, diversifying its portfolio and expertise.
  • 2009
    A pivotal moment came in 2009 when ACE entered into a service agreement with industry leaders Krauss Maffei Berstorff Germany, BKG, and Kreyebourg Germany, solidifying its reputation for service excellence.
  • 2012
    In 2012, ACE embarked on a monumental project by establishing India's largest compounding plant, demonstrating its commitment to innovation and industry leadership.
  • 2014
    ACE expanded its service offerings by entering into a service provider agreement with Elin Motoren Austria, specializing in electric motors.
  • 2016
    ACE took on a challenging project in 2016, focusing on medium-voltage (MV) cable compounding, further showcasing its expertise in complex industrial solutions.
  • 2019
    Naiks Engineering Solutions LLP (NES) was officially formed in 2019, marking a significant milestone in its journey and reflecting its commitment to delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
  • 2020
    In 2020, NES strengthened its global presence by forming a strategic partnership with Innovent Technologies AG in Switzerland, enhancing its capabilities in specialized gearbox services.
  • 2023
    Continuing its trajectory of growth, NES entered into a service agreement with Xtrutech in 2023, expanding its portfolio and solidifying its position as a trusted service provider.
