With an impressive 40-year career trajectory, he brings extensive expertise in engineering, general management, business management, and even academic experience teaching postgraduates. Kaushik's skillset encompasses the intricacies of plant engineering, capability studies, industrial marketing, sourcing, and the development of robust systems.

Smita Naik, as our designated partner, leverages her 35 years of experience, primarily in the banking and finance sector. Her astute insights and proficiency extend to financial systems, facility management, and human resource management, providing essential pillars of support to our team.

Chaitali Naik (Chief Operating Officer)

Chief Operating Officer

Chaitali Naik, with a strong academic foundation consisting of an M.Sc in Polymer Science from Berlin, Germany, and a degree in B.E Plastic Technology, brings a fresh perspective to our operations. Her two years of practical experience, including a research stint at Fraunhofer Institute IAP in Germany, where she focused on the synthesis of Poly(lactic acid) and chain extension by reactive extrusion, underscores her expertise. Chaitali excels in polymer processing, streamlining business operations, and navigating the intricacies of trading within our industry.

With a collective industry exposure of over nine decades and a firm established more than 25 years ago, we have consistently delivered practical, engineering-driven solutions to the compounding industry.

Our core expertise lies in plant engineering and automation, with a clear focus on polymer compounding applications. Over the years, we have worked across a wide spectrum of compounding segments, including cable compounds, masterbatch, engineering plastics, and PVC compounding. Our approach is rooted in sound engineering principles, operational reliability, and designs that are intended to perform efficiently in real plant conditions.

Naiks Engineering Solutions LLP is an authorized service partner for leading international OEMs such as Elin Motoren and Xtrutech. Our team has also received formal training and has executed service assignments on behalf of KraussMaffei Berstorff and BKG. These associations reflect our technical capability and enable us to provide competent service, maintenance, and engineering support aligned with OEM standards.

Our History

  • 1994–1999
    Founded as Associated Consulting Engineers (ACE), delivering engineering and consulting services across process and industrial sectors.
  • 2000–2008
    Execution of cable compounding and process plants, expanding technical expertise in polymer processing.
  • 2009–2013
    Strategic service collaborations with KraussMaffei Berstorff, BKG, and Kreyenborg, strengthening OEM-aligned service capability.
  • 2014–2018
    Specialisation in electrical motors and MV cable compounding; service partnership with Elin Motoren Austria.
  • 2019
    Naiks Engineering Solutions LLP formally established, consolidating consulting, services, and system integration under one entity.
  • 2020–Present
    International partnerships and expanded service portfolio including gearboxes and extrusion systems; authorized service partner for Elin Motoren and Xtrutech.
